As my true and lawful agent, to represent and act for me, to vote on my behalf, execute, consent or otherwise take any other action that I could personally take if I were present at the Annual Members Meeting to be held on January 30, 2024, and any adjournment or continuance thereof within 11 months from the date of this proxy. This Proxy is automatically revoked if I choose to attend the above meeting in person.

If more than one person owns the property, only one Proxy may be executed. If more than one Proxy is executed for the same property, neither will be valid. If this proxy is incomplete or illegible it will not be valid.
